Wow, I just found out that, my new house that I m going to move this next month is really close to Buena Park DownTown :D. base on the map, I just walk 2 blocks away from my house to the DownTown.
What so Interesting about that?
Knott scary farm is really close to DownTown too. So I just walk to Knott scary farm and Down Town everyday.
Behind my house just across the street, there is park I can sport hee hee.
What else in Down Town Buena Park:
6 Things I like that Down Town, : Theater, 24 fitness, Rose Department store, Coffee starbucks, Asia Buffet ,and Circuitcity store.
I can park my car at home and just walk to Downtown many times huey.
There are alot of job posting right now lolz,, I will apply as soon as possible because some of these stores are just opened :D

Designing My new Room
I just received a good news from my sister and brother in law today that the bank accepted the offer of the house.
It takes 3 weeks to complete everything and wait until the house has been fully inspected.
They are happy and ready to move by the end of this month.
I should be Happy now because I have my own privacy room again.
However, I find out that I face with a small problem about designing my dream room.
Items that I need for my new room:
1. New Desktop Computer: I expect to get the new workstation for my room because my old Computer will belong to my sister.
-I will Build my new system featuring Intel CD2 or AMD X4, RAM 3 GB to 4 GB, HDD: 500 GB, Video card: SLI System Dual Video card 1 GB (512MBX2), Custom Case.
-Monitor must be bigger than 20"
Estimation for the Price= 800$
2. New Computer Desk: My old desk will be given to my sister again. I expect to find the new computer desk from IKIE, Office Depot, Staple. I need the big and long desk that I can share a space to write and read the book. I can't get the small one that can only put the computer desk top. The price is about: $250
3. New Speaker wireless: I will hook up with my old speaker and I just add the rear speak around my bed. Cost: $120
4. Light system, Server, Printer, Router, and Cable. : Server I need to store all my data directly to server using Active Directory, and Domain server. I need another computer system to act as the server.
Printer will be wireless, and N router wireless.
I will control all activities and internet traffic in the house. this would cost me around $600
5. Two security cameras system, I Will install it one in the car parking space, and back door in the back yard. cost $55
6. Other decorating item, picture, trash can,cabinet,and more.
I just start to plan all these stuff and I become lazy to think now.
It take time to finish and get all these things but I will take it one step a time.
Soon, I start settle down in the new location, i will start to do something more that i should have done.
I have more time for myself and family. It's time for me to pursuit my education.
I will study graphic design, real estate, and Network Security Firewall. These three majors I really love it.
so, let the journey begins:

Can Men and Women Be Friends?

I think you guy have different ideas about this. so i just wanna share what i have read but give me some comments back on what u agree about this.
I think Men and Women can be friends, seriously, a good friend, a best friend, :D but according to the article what shouldn't do to cross the line, I think i did cross, but i still think we are friend.

Everything happens for a reason
Nice said! Everything happens for a reason, I just talked about my next new car by 2009, and I started to face with some problems from my car.
This month i need to save some money as i mentioned on my last post.
By 10-7-2009, I have to pay for my car insurance bill, but now I got a new thing to pay.
TOday, I just came back from the school, and i parked my car in the right place.
then I started it up again, it won start. Everything is so quiet, the battery is good, all light come out. no sign of battery death.
I think the problem is coming from the Starter.
It costs about 150$ to change the new starter. Tomorrow i hope the problem is only the starter death.
I feel lucky because I arrived home, if I was in some where, I would have a problem to call the Toll company lolz,,
I just talked about my plan to purchase a new car by Feb 2009, and now,,i start to see the problem from my old car.
i really love it,, it never cost me any thing to fix and it helps me alot.
I still want to use it, but if the time has come for me to change,I will do it
before i lose the value on this car.
if i fix anything that won cost me alot, i would keep on using it one year more.
It will save me alot, to start getting a new car.
I hope i get a new job soon by next month, and i move to a new location, then I start to go back to school.
