One World! Mac And PC! Moving to a new Office

Well, during this Spring Break, I helped moving and setting up computers in the FRC (Faculty Resource Center ) at LBCC. These are the new pictures in my work place and new computers.
I have to fill up the stock and supplies. I have to label print. Also, I have to assembled the MAC and PC. Sound fun :D.

We got new PC, standard with Quad cores, 22" Screen Dell, and IMAc 24" :D. Some are the pictures in my help Desk room. I will work in there.

Most of the MAC machines are for Video and sound editing. I love doing it :D...

My New Gaming Machine

I just had some times to build my own gaming machine last week. Now I can run all my games back with high performance.

It took me 4 hours to build it and reuse my old computer case. Now I need to add another fan to cool my CPU because my new AMD Phenom x4 ( 4 cpu cores) takes high voltage power and starts with 36 C degree.

Let me brief about my new System:

AMD Phenom X4 (2.6 Ghz) Black Edition

RAM: 4 GB of Dual Channel Kingstone (800 speed)

HDD: 2 x sata HDD ( total 750 GB) I got 5 partitions

Graphic Card: 1 GB DDR 2 ATI PCI Expree

Powered By Gygabyte Motherboard With 2 PCI-Express 16X

I plan to upgrade to Dual graphic Cards ( Cross Fired) 512MB x 2 )

Now I can run Counter-Strike source, Call of Duty 4 with high resolution.

I will set up software and utility program in my Desktop.

New Help Desk Office

Well, this is my new help desk work place and I will start in this room tomorrow.
It is at the back of the new redesign library building, and it will open tomorrow.
There are three new computers (not as shown in the picture) for three people.

First is the Mac machine is using for graphic design. Then, the Vista is for application and HD call log. Last one is the Windows XP, and we keep it because we need to troubleshoot it.

My job is to maintain the website, support the student, faculty, and staff. I create the power point show, graphic design, troubleshoot on the phone. I set up the meeting for faculty and staff.
